Well its very hard to bring to ma mind, this sort of thing, its only, its alright, blah blah blah blah. understand?
That's what I got out of it. I am the daughter of a Glaswegian, I can usually get it all. I think he was either mumbling, he was crazy or they did something to the soundtrack because that wasn't english he was speaking. I too love the Glaswegian accent and the Glaswegians. I was hoping for a return trip in Sept 2009 but it doesny look like it going to happen. See how I slipped some Scotch in there with the doesny? :)
I couldn't understand him at all! My mom and I visited Scotland in 1967, and we had trouble then understanding some of the people. In 1989 we went again, and this time visited cousins who lived in Dryman. We had no trouble understanding them. Karen
When you emailed me this clip, I must have watched it 10 times! I also had my coworkers watch it and none of us could figure it out! I can't wait to experience in real life.
What I am wondering is who that girl interviewing is because she is SO familiar, like from a regular TV show from awhile back. Gah, this is going to drive me nuts...
